May the Crone of Winter
wrap you in her cloak of rest,
granting you the grace to slow your steps,
to breathe deeply.
May you find solace in the stillness,
beauty in the rocks,
and magic woven through the tapestry of your days.
May you have the courage to say no,
to make space,
to tend the hearth-fire of your own soul.
May you walk in relationship with all of life,
expanding your heart to the radical diversity around you.
In the complex spaces between,
may you find connection,
knowing and loving that which arises,
moment by moment.
In this season of reclamation and renewal,
may you dream the dreams of the Crone,
may you weave the shards of the past into the present,
and may you rise again,
restored and replenished,
to meet the unfolding of the year
with presence and grace.
Blessed be.
Note: this is a compilation prayer constructed from the pieces of wisdom from one of our weekly community practice lives for the Goddess Magic community. These practices take place every Monday and last about 30 minutes. After we finish, I pull all of the threads of what we discuss and share into what I call a “compilation prayer.”
